Rodrigo González Montero

• Prior to CIO, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Colunquén, the family office of Pedro Ibáñez and his children.
• He led the Corporate Finance division at Celfin Capital Wealth Management, served as Chief Investment Officer at Norte Sur, and spent more than 13 years at EuroAmerica Group, where he held various senior positions: CEO of EuroAmerica AGF and EuroAmerica Investments, Head of the International Division at the Brokerage Firm, and Chief Investment Officer of the Life Insurance Company, overseeing both financial and real estate areas.
He has served as a Board Member in companies across a wide range of industries, including real estate, hospitality, healthcare, agricultural inputs, financial services, and higher education.
He is a member of the Oversight Committees of several private markets funds.
He holds a degree in Industrial Civil Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, an MSc in Finance from London Business School, and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
He earned the Private Equity Investment Certificate from ILPA (Institutional Limited Partners Association). In addition, he completed the Masterclass in Private Equity at London Business School and attended the Commonfund Endowment Institute (in collaboration with Yale School of Management).

Juan Eduardo Fantini P., CAIA

• Before CIO, he worked as Investment Manager alongside Rodrigo González at Colunquén.
• He worked for nearly 10 years at EuroAmerica group.
He spent nearly 10 years at the EuroAmerica Group, where he was responsible for the International Area at the Brokerage Firm and the management of clients on the Pershing platform. He also led the firm’s connection to the Latin American Integrated Market (MILA) and served as an International Equity Portfolio Manager at AGF.
He served as an International Equity Portfolio Manager at AGF.
He is a member of Surveillance Committees for different private market funds.
He holds a Business degree with a master’s in Finance from Universidad de Chile and completed the Global Executive Academy at MIT, along with the Leveraging Fintech Innovation program at Harvard Business School
He obtained the CAIA certification from the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association and the Private Equity Investment Certificate from ILPA (Institutional Limited Partners Association). Additionally, he completed the Masterclass in Private Equity at the London Business School and attended the Commonfund Endowment Institute (in partnership with Yale School of Management).
He is also the Chapter Head for Chile of the CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association) Latin America Chapter.

Marcela Schiavetti Jobet

• Marcela has over 20 years of investment experience.
• Prior to CIO, she worked in various roles at Larrain Vial, Fynsa, and the local office of the Swiss bank EFG.
She holds a Business degree from Universidad de los Andes and a BSc in Social Sciences from Universidad Católica de Chile.

Leonardo Jadue

• Leonardo has over 12 years of experience in investments, specializing in institutional distribution, capital raising, and relationship management with pension funds, insurance companies, and family offices.
• Prior to joining CIO, he served as Vice President of Institutional Distribution at Moneda Asset Management, focusing on both Alternative and Traditional Assets. In that role, he worked closely with pension funds, insurance companies, and family offices. Before Moneda, he held positions at Larraín Vial, Soquimich, and the Central Bank of Chile.
He holds a degree in Industrial Civil Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

Rodrigo Jarpa Ortega

• Before CIO, he worked for over 17 years at the financial group EuroAmerica, holding various positions in investments; Investment Administration Manager, Deputy Investment Manager, and Senior Portfolio Manager of Fixed Income and Equities for the Life Insurance Company, as well as Investment Manager of the group’s General Fund Administrator.
• Previously, he held various investment roles in manufacturing, insurance, and banking companies.
He is a member of Surveillance Committees for different public and private investment funds and was President of the Investment Committee of the Chilean Association of Insurers (AACH).
Finance Engineer from Universidad Diego Portales, with a Master’s in Finance and an MBA from University of Chile, he completed the Advanced Management Program at George Washington University.
He has completed various investment programs, including the Family Office & Wealth Management Program at ESE Business School.

Carlos Fabres Irarrázaval

• Portfolio Manager with experience in interest rate curve modeling, alternative asset curves, private fund due diligence, and investment reporting.
• Before CIO, he worked at RiskAmerica as a Financial Engineer responsible for estimating the interest rate structure implied in fixed-income market transactions through stochastic models.
